1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Pegasus Lifestyle Resort Karjat website or availing any of our services—including accommodation, dining, events, equestrian activities, and corporate outings—guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all resort policies, rules, and applicable local, state, and national laws. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, event participants, and users of resort facilities. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in denial of services, cancellation of bookings, or eviction without refund.

2. Reservation Policy

All room reservations, event bookings, wedding arrangements, corporate retreats, and activity registrations are subject to availability and final confirmation by Pegasus Lifestyle Resort Karjat. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from the resort. The resort reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior throughout their stay. Any form of misconduct, disturbance, abusive language, damage to property, or mistreatment of animals or staff will not be tolerated. Pegasus Lifestyle Resort Karjat reserves the right to take appropriate action, including immediate termination of stay or services, in cases of unacceptable behavior, without any obligation to refund.

4. Facility Usage

The use of resort facilities such as the swimming pool, equestrian stables, horse riding, polo activities, adventure experiences, and outdoor areas is entirely at the guest’s own discretion and risk. Guests must strictly follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and directions provided by resort staff. The resort shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss arising from misuse of facilities or failure to comply with safety norms.
