Hotel Policy

1. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out timings will be communicated to guests at the time of booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are requested to inform the resort in advance for any special arrival or departure requirements. Failure to vacate the room on time may result in additional charges as per resort policy.

2. Identification

For security and legal compliance, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Acceptable IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. The resort reserves the right to deny accommodation in the absence of valid identification or if details provided during booking do not match the presented documents.

3. Smoking Policy

Pegasus Lifestyle Resort Karjat follows a responsible smoking policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, indoor areas, and non-designated zones. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor or smoking areas. Any violation of this policy may result in cleaning charges or penalties.

4. Property Responsibility

Guests are expected to maintain the condition of rooms, furnishings, equipment, animals, and all resort facilities. Any loss, damage, or misuse of resort property—including rooms, equestrian facilities, horses, décor, or equipment—caused intentionally or unintentionally will be charged to the guest. The resort reserves the right to assess damages and recover applicable costs.

5. Noise & Conduct Policy

Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment within the resort premises. Loud music, noise disturbances, or disruptive behavior, especially during late hours, is discouraged to ensure comfort for all guests. The resort reserves the right to take necessary action in case of repeated disturbances.
