All reservations at Pegasus Lifestyle Resort Karjat—including room stays, destination weddings, corporate events, and activity packages—are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. A booking is considered valid and confirmed only after the resort issues a written confirmation via email or official communication channels. The resort reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings if advance payment is not received within the specified time frame.
2. Payment & Charges
Payment terms, applicable taxes, service charges, and additional costs are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Charges may vary depending on room category, season, duration of stay, special packages, events, or customized services. Guests are responsible for settling all outstanding balances, including incidental expenses, prior to check-out. The resort reserves the right to revise pricing during peak seasons, festive periods, or special events.
3. Cancellation & Refund
