Pet Policy

1. Pet-Friendly Accommodation

Pegasus Lifestyle Resort Karjat is pleased to welcome pets as part of our commitment to providing a comfortable and inclusive experience for all guests. Guests traveling with pets must inform the resort at the time of booking to ensure appropriate room allocation and arrangements. Acceptance of pets is subject to availability and resort approval. The resort reserves the right to limit the number, size, or breed of pets permitted per room for safety and comfort reasons.

2. Health & Behavior

All pets must be healthy, properly vaccinated, and free from contagious diseases. Guests may be required to present valid vaccination records upon request. Pets should be well-trained and non-aggressive. Any pet displaying aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or distress may be asked to be removed from the resort premises to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests, staff, and animals.

3. Supervision

Pets must always be under the control and supervision of their owners. Pets should be leashed in all public areas, pathways, and common spaces within the resort. Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms, balconies, or outdoor areas for extended periods. For safety reasons, pets may not be allowed near equestrian stables, horses, or certain activity zones.

4. Owner Responsibility

Pet owners are fully responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper waste disposal throughout the resort. Any damage caused to rooms, furniture, landscaping, animals, or resort facilities by pets will be charged to the guest. The resort may levy additional cleaning or sanitation charges if required.

5. Restricted Areas

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets may not be permitted in dining areas, swimming pool zones, indoor recreational spaces, or other restricted sections of the resort as designated by management.
